Patriot Suites is a 150 unit hotel in Pittsfield that allows for future conversion to timeshare units. Phase I was completed in 2004; Phase II allows for an additional 150 units. G&A's role in this project included all design and permitting services, including, but not limited to site and building design, state and local permitting and construction administration.
